It has recently been learned from the OpenAlex database that information on some academic journals and papers published by Hill Publishing Group (HPG) is now retrievable and displayed on the OpenAlex platform.

As one of the most widely used open academic data platforms in the global academic community, OpenAlex enables the indexed journals to realize retrieval and associated display of their paper data across more international academic platforms after inclusion. This helps improve the discoverability and dissemination efficiency of academic research findings.

The journals currently included are:

International Journal of Food Science and Agriculture (IJFSA)

The Educational Review, USA (ER)

International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine Research (IJCEMR)

Journal of Humanities, Arts and Social Science (JHASS)

Founded by the non-profit organization OurResearch with funding from Arcadia, OpenAlex was officially launched in January 2022. Inspired by the ancient Library of Alexandria, it is committed to advancing open science. As of March 2026, OpenAlex has cataloged 474 million academic works, covering approximately 100 million authors, 100,000 research institutions and 11 million funding records. Its database scale is more than twice that of Scopus and the Web of Science Core Collection, and it boasts outstanding advantages in the coverage of humanities, social sciences and non-English literature.
