Dear Colleagues,
Due to the proliferation of production, distribution, and trade, logistics and supply chain management are gaining more and more attention. The intelligent revolution of the supply chain is conducive to the sustainable development of logistics and supply chain. Thus, "unmanned operation, digital operation, and intelligent decision-making" can be realized. This requires a "visual" computing system and advanced problem optimization capability.
In this special issue of our journal, we aim to explore the latest research and developments of evolutionary computation in logistics and supply chain, which includes many aspects of evolutionary computation, but not limited to, convergence analysis, co-evolution, parallelized and distributed realizations, hybridization, adaptive weight parameter optimization, and so on. The focus is on providing insights into problem cases and methodological techniques. It is intended to substantiate the potential of evolutionary computation in logistics and supply chain management.
We are particularly interested in papers that address the following topics:
1.Evolutionary computation for logistics and supply chain management.
2.Future prospects and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.
3.Intelligent revolution in supply chain management.
4.Novel computing systems for logistics and supply chain management.
5.Iteration, dimensionality, and evolution of supply chains.
Manuscript Submission Information
Authors should submit their manuscripts for the special issue by emailing them as an attachment to specialissue@hillpublish.com or by using the online submission system. The manuscript should be submitted by one of the authors, and submissions by anyone other than the authors will not be accepted. Additionally, the submitted manuscript should include a cover letter that specifies the special issue to which the manuscript is being submitted.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). The submitted papers should be properly formatted and written in fluent English. All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a double-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Guidelines page.
