Research on the Application Scenario of the Internet of Things for the Development of Smart Agricultural Tourism

Abstract

With the development of information technology, the Internet of Things (IoT) technology is becoming increasingly mature, and its application fields and scenarios are expanding. Under the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy and new development concepts, research on the application of IoT technology to smart agriculture and smart tourism has significantly increased. However, there is limited research on the integrated IoT application of the smart agriculture industry and smart tourism. This paper focuses on the lychee industry of Baiqiao Village in Maoming City. According to the principles of One Village, One Product, this paper examines the integrated applications of intelligent monitoring systems, intelligent logistics systems, and intelligent information platforms in the lychee industry. It also investigates the feasibility and positive implications of the rental planting scheme in industrial development. By exploring the integration of production and tourism in the lychee industry, the paper presents a new development plan for Baiqiao Village.
